Kirk Dailly

Founder & Director

Kirk is a leading corporate and commercial lawyer with over 20 years’ experience advising ambitious businesses and entrepreneurs across tech, video games, life sciences and beyond. He immerses himself in his clients’ industries, forming a genuine part of their teams as they build and scale. Whether advising on a sale to an international buyer, negotiating a complex licensing deal or advising a board on its next stage of growth, Kirk brings the same practical, forward-looking perspective - always built around what clients are actually trying to achieve.

Campbell Clark

Founder & Director

With 30 years' experience in corporate and commercial law, Campbell has advised on hundreds of transactions - M&A, investments, joint ventures, MBOs and employee ownership transitions - across the UK and internationally. Through executive and non-executive board roles and advisory positions, Campbell has navigated the same governance, succession and stakeholder challenges his clients face, allowing him to forge a perspective from both sides of the table. With extensive international experience, he has built lasting relationships with innovative businesses at every stage, from founding teams to multinationals, driven by a love of business and seeing his clients succeed.
